We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Colours, packaging and minor visual details may vary due to photography, screen settings and available stock. Where a product is sold as an assorted or random-colour pack, the exact colour combination may vary.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in PKR unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, promotions and availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price shown when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm order details, address availability or stock. We may cancel or decline an order where information is incomplete, an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

Payment

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and supported online payment options. Any online payment instructions shared by our team should be verified through our official contact channels.

Shipping

Estimated delivery is generally 2–3 business days after dispatch, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Hygiene-sensitive innerwear must meet the conditions stated in that policy.

Size and product selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and size charts before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, contact us before placing your order.
